Mid-Atlantic Vascular Study Group
The Mid-Atlantic Vascular Study Group is modeled after the very successful Vascular Study Group of New England (VSGNE) and is a cooperative group of clinicians, hospital administrators and research personnel organized to improve the care of patients with vascular disease in the Mid-Atlantic area. By collecting and exchanging information, the group hopes to continuously improve the quality, safety, effectiveness and cost of caring for these patients.
The regional group functions under the auspices of the Society for Vascular Surgery® Patient Safety Organization (SVS PSO) to benchmark outcomes after vascular procedures and assure that patients are receiving the highest quality of care possible.
