Update App Password
Change Password
To update your app password, please sign in to the app, click on the menu, and navigate to your profile at the bottom of the slide-out menu screen. Clicking your name will open up your profile.
Once on your profile, click on the red gear icon button on the bottom right of your profile image. In this screen, you can click “Modify Password”, which will allow you to change your password.
Change Regional Group
Need to change your assigned regional group? Please fill out the form below with your change request. You can also submit a change via the app by clicking on the menu in the upper left of the screen, then navigating to Contact us. On this page, click on Change Regional Group, which will provide a form so you can submit a request.
