As many of you know, the in-person version of the SVS VQI Annual Meeting, also known as VQI@VAM, has been canceled for this year. As a result, we have developed “VQI Online” as an alternative educational experience for our VQI members.  Beginning on June 23rd and continuing every Tuesday through July 28th, the SVS VQI will be offering virtual education sessions. While we cannot replicate the live experience of the SVS VQI Annual Meeting, we will still endeavor to provide education to help you gain a better understanding of the SVS VQI registries in an effort to aid in the data abstraction process.  We will also highlight the great accomplishments of those using SVS VQI data for quality improvement efforts and scholarly endeavors.

Given the change in how we are delivering this content, we are still working on some of the technical aspects of the registration process.  While registration for the entire series of VQI Online education sessions will be offered at no cost to SVS VQI members, we will still require a registration process to gain access to the live and recorded sessions.  We hope to launch the registration site later this month.  We will send out another notice once registration goes live, along with instructions on how to register.

While we encourage you to attend the live sessions, we will also be recording these events to permit our members the opportunity to view them at their convenience.  The agenda for SVS VQI is listed below.  Please put a hold on your calendars and watch for updated registration information, which will be released in the near future.
